NightYaar - Live Video Chat ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the NightYaar - Live Video Chat application.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google, to deliver system and service-related push notifications. To provide this functionality, Firebase may process device or app identifiers, including Firebase Installation IDs and push notification tokens. You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted third-party service providers, including Google Firebase, to provide push notification services. These service providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect users, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When an account deletion request is completed, account-associated personal data is deleted or de-identified, except information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons.
Your data may be processed in different countries with appropriate safeguards in place.

NightYaar - Live Video Chat is strictly for users aged 18+. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation.
We actively detect and remove content related to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
We use moderation and safety processes to review reports, detect abuse, and enforce our rules. Any testing or service-quality activity is conducted for operational purposes and must not misrepresent real user interactions.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Account deletion is available through the in-app deletion path described on our Delete Account page, or by contacting us at the email below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
