NightYaar - Live Video Chat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to all users, profiles, messages, images, video interactions, and other activity on NightYaar - Live Video Chat.
Prohibited Child Safety Content and Conduct
Users must not use NightYaar - Live Video Chat to create, upload, request, distribute, promote, facilitate, or otherwise engage with:
- CSAM or any sexual content involving a person under 18.
- Child sexual abuse, exploitation, trafficking, sextortion, grooming, or solicitation of minors.
- Sexualized depictions or comments involving minors, including manipulated or AI-generated content.
- Attempts to obtain sexual images, videos, meetings, or other sexual activity from a minor.
- Links, instructions, communities, or other material that facilitates child sexual exploitation or abuse.
Age Restriction
NightYaar - Live Video Chat is an adults-only service. Users must confirm that they are at least 18 years old when creating an account. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service. When we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict or remove the account and take appropriate safety measures.
Reporting and Blocking
Users can report inappropriate profiles, messages, or behavior using the reporting tools available in the app. Users may also contact our designated child-safety point of contact at the email below. Where available in the app, blocking tools can be used to prevent further interaction with another account.
Review and Enforcement
We review reports and relevant safety signals and take action when violations are identified. Depending on the circumstances, actions may include removing content, restricting functionality, suspending or permanently banning accounts, and preserving relevant information where required for safety or legal purposes.
CSAM and Legal Compliance
NightYaar - Live Video Chat complies with applicable child-safety laws and cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation and a report is required by applicable law, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority, as applicable.
Our Commitment
We periodically review these standards and our safety processes. We may update this page when our service, safety practices, or applicable requirements change.
